Second Chance

Second chance individuals, those with criminal records re-entering society, face immense hurdles in securing employment. Annually, nearly 600,000 individuals are released from incarceration, yet their criminal past often limits job opportunities.  Unfortunately, many formerly incarcerated individuals experience high unemployment rates, around six out of every ten, compared to 15% in the general population during the pandemic. However, businesses are increasingly recognizing the value of second chance hiring, with data indicating that second chance hires perform comparably or even better than other employees. We want to help individuals pave a path to rebuild their lives and contribute positively to society.
