Grant Request Process:

Individuals or organizations seeking a grant must complete the application form available on our website. The form must be filled out in its entirety, including submission of all necessary documentation supporting the requested amount. The maximum grant amount is $1,500 per calendar year, and eligible applicants are limited to one grant per year. To apply for future grants, applicants must repeat the full application process in the following calendar year.

 

Once the grant request is submitted, the Foundation’s team reviews the application to ensure that all required information and documentation have been provided. The Foundation’s board then meets to review all submitted requests and votes to determine the recipients of the grants. Grant awards are based on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

If an applicant is selected to receive a grant, they will be notified, and the Foundation will make the payment directly to the entity for which the recipient provided payment details.
