Pending Application for Tax-Exempt Status

Rightside Up Foundation has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our application is currently pending with the IRS. Contributions made to Rightside Up Foundation while our application is pending may be tax-deductible if our application is approved. If the IRS denies our application, contributions will not be tax-deductible.

If our application is approved, our tax-exempt status will generally be retroactive to the date of our formation, provided the application was filed within 27 months of our formation. We will update this information on our website once the IRS makes a final determination on our application.
